I have had a pair like these before. Unfortunately they were stolen ? I saw the glasses and had to buy them again. I love the fit, the comfort, and the style of these sunglasses. I'm very glad to find a pair again.? I love them they are the real deal . . .These said they were XL and the arms are not. Barely fit my husband as he has a larger head. The color is nice, but lenses not what we were expecting. He was able to order new lenses snd swap them out. Would have saved a lot or money on the back side had the description been more accurate. Before buying these, I've worn only the Bottle Rocket and Bottlecap models of Oakley glasses. Those two models fit my face perfectly (I've got a decent size noggin - 7 3/8 hats, or L/XL), and given my job in the service, the more "tactical" look of them didn't make me stand out.My only complaint with those other two models was the field of view; in some applications, it was just too small. So I looked for glasses with bigger lenses, that still fit my big head well, and were toned down on the tacticool look. Plus, I'm a huge fisherman, so the lenses have to be polarized. These glasses fit the bill perfectly. They're lightweight, come wide enough for my fat head (the other models sometimes needed to be widened at a Sunglass Hut), the field of view is bigger, and they help me spot fish while out on the water. They do look a little hipster-ish when in uniform, but that's a small price to pay (especially because these are cheaper than the other models I mentioned).Definitely a good buy for all my fellow fat-heads out there.Met expectations and fast shippingLike them a lot. Kinda panicked when I read a review of these that said they're fake AFTER I had purchased them. When they arrived, they came in a very official looking Oakleys box with a label and documentation. It also included the soft, microfiber cleaning bag. That said, I was still very worried about these being fakes. Took them to Sunglasses hut and asked an employee if they were authentic. He took out an authentic pair in the store and compared them. He compared their weight, materials, and markings. He verified that they were authentic Oakleys. The store associate only commented that my frame seemed -- very slightly -- stiffer than the one in the store. They didn't want to flex as much. We both figured it was a minor manufacturing difference. He still told me that they were authentic. Also, these are NOT polarized. But that's alright with me. The lenses have no imperfections -- crystal clear, and great color (brown lenses). If they ever break or get scratched, I might buy replacement lenses that ARE polarized.Overall, great sunglasses.Highly recommended. I bought these as an alternative to a pair of Polarized Twofaces (its not good to wear polarized sunglasses in certain situations e.g. overcast days, low glare, etc, plus I wanted some all black frames for more formal occasions). To begin with, I love Oakleys and have never purchased another brand of sunglasses. I still have my very first pair from high school. That stated bias notwithstanding, these are excellent sunglasses, especially if you have a large head like I do (7.5" fitted hat size). They are sturdy but lightweight, stay on your head even after a bit of jostling, and provide ample eye coverage, which you can improve upon by opting for the 58 mm's instead of the 55's. If you're looking for something Wayfarer-ish but not--sophisticated, classic, no pomp--they're worth a try.BE ADVISED: Oakley is now owned by Luxottica and no longer offers lifetime warranties on its lenses (now one year). The frames aren't made exclusively in the US anymore either (I believe these are fabricated in China). Still quality though, by my estimation.Absolutely love and enjoy greatly my new shades1st time to splash out on nice glasses to go on holidays.. £151 - they look ok.
